Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
