Experience
Amar Gupta is Joint Managing Partner of JSA and a founding member of its Disputes Practice, with extensive experience litigating before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and the National Company Law Tribunals across oil and gas, real estate, commodities, and IT disputes.
