Ari N. Kaplan founded Kaplan Law in 2016 as Canada's first law firm dedicated to pension-dispute mediation, after two decades at Koskie Minsky building a reputation as one of the country's leading pension practitioners. Co-author of a leading text on Canadian pension law and Canada's first Arbitrator and Qualified Mediator in pension and benefits matters, he facilitated a $140 million workplace settlement in 2014 and has been counsel in the Nortel insolvency allocation hearings.
