Costas Condoleon co-heads Gilbert + Tobin's corporate and M&A team from Sydney and is one of only a small group of lawyers ranked Band 1 for M&A by Chambers in Australia, acting for both bidders and targets in friendly and unsolicited takeovers as well as private M&A. He is a member of the Australian Government's Takeovers Panel, an adjunct member of the University of Sydney law faculty lecturing on schemes of arrangement, and sits on the Corporations Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
