Naji Hawayek is a partner in Addleshaw Goddard's Corporate Group in Dubai and a member of the firm's Middle East board, bringing more than 20 years' experience in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and foreign direct investment across the region after nearly two decades at Clyde & Co.
